Cláudio Bastos


Cláudio Bastos has a degree in economics by the University of Brasília (UNB), has attended a master course in industrial economics  by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and took several executive management, strategy and leadership training in the MIT Sloan School of Management and Kellogg School of Management in the US. He has a wide executive experience, having worked at Cepal – Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, in the Ministries of Industry, Trade and Treasury in companies of different segments: transportation, communication and mining. Over the past 15 years, Cláudio Bastos has worked at Vale in different countries. He was the CFO of Vale in Indonesia – nickel producer and at Vale in Singapore for Asia and the Pacific; and he has worked for six years and a half as CEO of the Compañia Minera Misky Mayo, in Peru.

Marcio Calux


Marcio Calux has over 15 years of experience in finance, project and processes management, having work the at Vale for the last 12 years. He has foreign experience in Singapore and he worked in international projects in Australia, Asia, South American and Canada. He has a degree in Management (IMD/ Switzerland) and Transformational Leadership (MIT/EUA), in addition to his Master’s Degree in Business Administration focused on Organizational Behavior (COPPEAD/UFRJ), graduation degree in Accounting (FGV/ São Paulo) and undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering (PUC/RJ).

Chiho Chang


Chiho Chang holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management earned in California/US, and a graduate degree in Project Engineering from the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at University of Chile. He has over 27 years of experience working in engineering, business, project and process management, the past 17 being at Dongkuk Steel. His international experience includes the United States, Mexico and South Korea.

Chang has been with CSP since 2012, working as Administrative Officer and after that in the general managements of Administration, Strategy & Communication, and Management & Integration.

Luis (Joong Ki) Min


Luis Min has a degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Metallurgy from Pohang University of Science and Technology, in South Korea. He has worked since 1991 for POSCO, where he last served at as superintendent of the Steelmaking Plant.


Min has been with CSP since 2012, having worked as coordinator of the pre-operation committee and in the Production and Technology superintendencies.
