Young Trainee Program
A special opportunity for young people who are looking for their first jobs.
The program, executed in partnership with Senai, trains young men and women to be steel processes and electrical-mechanic maintenance operators. Held in the steel mill itself, the program offers theoretical classes given by Senai-CE and professional practice overseen by mentors of the company. Trainees have a deep life experience of routines, processes and procedures of CSP, an experience that goes really beyond a technical course.
CSP promotes citizenship, social inclusion and respect to differences by giving opportunities to persons with disabilities (PWD). In partnership with Senai-CE, we offer mechanic, maintenance, and administrative assistant professional training courses to PWDs, with theoretical and practical lessons. To participate in the selection process, you must have completed high school. Through this program, the company contributes to a better and more inclusive world.
