For the implementation of CSP, systematic and perennial relationship channels were created with the communities, in the area of direct influence of the plant, in a relationship based on respect, partnership and citizenship. The communities benefited had a resident as Dialogue Agent, responsible for contributing to this interaction.
The area of direct action is the communities neighboring the plant, within a radius of up to 3 km. However, other communities in nearby municipalities are also indirectly served by the Program.
The Social Dialogue is focused, in its current phase, to increasingly strengthen the company’s relationship with the region’s residents and to enable, by the end of this year, the creation of a regional community council, contributing to the process of empowering society in finding solutions to their challenges.
