- CSP is granted the 2nd Certificate of Forest Restoration in the State of Ceará for an area of 14.9 hectares in the Lagoa do Bolso region
February
- Obtainment of the Installation License for the transmission line connecting the internal substation to the main Chesf substation, issued by Semace
2015
March
- CSP is granted the FIEC Award for Environmental Performance in the “Integration with Society” category
April
- Obtainment of the environmental authorization for pre-operational tests of production units and auxiliary areas.
May
- CSP is granted the 3rd Certificate of Forest Restoration in the State of Ceará for an area of 191 hectares in CSP’s internal area
June
- Completion of a 2-year environmental monitoring in the area surrounding CSP prior to its operation

- Beginning of workshops on material reuse, selective waste collection, horticulture, native tree planting, ecological defenses, among others

- Obtainment of temporary environmental authorization to release treated industrial wastewater into sector 1 of the IPCP macro-drainage channel during CSP pre-operational tests
